As one of the world’s largest air carriers, this airline came to us with unique operational and integration needs. The task of adding software to an existing system is always a challenge, but it requires even more work when the company in question has 900 daily users working within 17 differing roles.

More than 100 different employees within this airline use our OMS on a daily basis. This group includes operations coordinators, routers, dispatchers, and customer service planners. Not surprisingly, our platform is utilized in a variety of ways, including dispatch, curfew tracking, and IROP/Operations – managing flight delays, diversions, and cancellations, along with new flight creations.

Additionally, this carrier has found our software invaluable in the area of internal reviews. It helps their operations teams to not only get continually updated views of what is happening across their fleet, but also to understand the effects of major decisions after the fact.

Although our relationship with the airline began in 2023, the carrier has already begun seeing tangible benefits. For example, they have already seen a reduced impact on crew availability after flight cancellations. This has stemmed from the fact that operations personnel can more easily preview and carry out scheduling changes as dictated by weather and other disruptions.

Further efficiencies were found by using OMS to view passenger requirements. Previously, missed details had led to extensive gate delays for flights. However, with employees better able to see and manage customer data, the boarding process has been quickened and improved.

In the future, this carrier plans to expand their use of our software to station personnel as a way to improve communication. We look forward to serving an industry leader and making them as efficient as possible.
